The classic fitness test, the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT), uses timed sit-ups, push-ups, and a two-mile run with different baselines based on gender. WebbThis structure will assess ACFT scores, pass rates, injuries, and environmental considerations and report those findings along with any recommended changes to Army Senior Leaders regularly.
