It’s been discussed for quite a while now and CA recently just came back with an update that they’ll be sending out a patch (no idea when they’ll patch this game though). But AI will be AI and there is little mods can do to fix that: It will derp at times. Then again, that's mostly true for most Total War games by default. The mod is really build for MP and that is where it shines.
