There is no exact answer though, and it all depends on how much STR and weapon attack you have. As you see the STR going really high, the more important weapon attack becomes.

This makes the what I think was supposed to be the hallmark "fun" skill for 2nd job warrior not only obsolete, but adding points in it would ruin your character.
