It is a large timber frame structure built in the early 20th century as the home of John C. Osgood, founder of the Colorado Fuel and Iron Company, in a simplified version of the Stick style. [4] WebIn association with the Denver architect, Frederick Louis Harnois (1872-1921), Boal designed Cleveholm Manor, now the Redstone Castle at Redstone, Colorado (1902). Built for industrialist and coal magnate John Cleveland Osgood, the tudor style Castle was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1971.
